CTB CRM has, working together with Diwebbs Studio, generated a number of standard webservices with which SAP ECC connects seamlessly to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. As a result, CTB CRM offers real-time insight into, for example, outstanding invoices or payment agreements recorded in SAP ECC. This set of standard webservices can be expanded to include client-specific webservices.
