CTB CRM, with the help of Diwebbs, has generated a number of standard web services with which SAP can seamlessly connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.  This enables CTB CRM to provide real-time insight in, for example, the outstanding invoices or payment agreements that are in SAP ERP. This set of standard web services can be expanded with the addition of customer-specific web services. With the help of Diwebbs, CTB CRM integrates within the existing SAP environment.
